Polishing molds

HACO, spol. s.r.o. offers complete service of injection molds in the form of: laser welding, TIG and microTIG welding, manual welding, polishing molds (technical gloss, mirror polish, polishing under chrome and tread patterns), polishing of tool steel, polishing of aluminum alloy, copper alloy and polishing metals.

Laser welding at HACO, spol. s.r.o. a YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064mm is used. It is a product of the German company O. R. Laser. For TIG welding we use a device from the German company LORCH, which uses both unidirectional and alternating current. Therefore, this TIG welding machine can not only weld stainless steel and aluminum, but also tool steel and metals.

We are able to repair molds and laser welding both on the premises of HACO, spol. s.r.o. both in Liberec and at the customer.
